Irene Turri
Irene Turri is a storyteller and theatrical actress, director and producer. After graduating from the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan, the most renowned acting school in Italy for voice and diction, Irene attended a dubbing masterclass at the ADC, one of the most important dubbing studios at national level in Italy. Alongside her career on stage, Irene has been working as a voice actress, speaker and storyteller for over ten years, and collaborates with some of the most important recording studios in Milan and New York - such as Heard City and Edge Studio.
Irene has been the voice of TripAdvisor, Tom Tom, Shutterstock and many more. Since 2018 she has also worked as an Italian diction consultant for CKP Media Studios.
As an actress and theater producer, Irene began her career at the age of 14 in Verona, touring with a Shakespearean repertoire theater company. After the Academy, she made her debut on the stage of the Avignon Theater Festival directed by the internationally renowned director Romeo Castellucci. Eager to produce her own work, Irene produced and starred in the female monologue Tutto il Formaggio del Mondo, which earned her a production award and best actress. Since she moved to New York in 2012, she has joined the KIT Theater company, has toured and written, produced and starred in the original comedy Neighbors with Italian actor and director Francesco Meola. Irene is dedicating herself to her new mission as baby Celeste's new mom, and she is looking forward to working with Carlotta Brentan and the Fabler team.
