Francesco Meola
He graduated from the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan and subsequently studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Literature from the University of Milan.
He has worked in Italy, North America and Asia directed by various directors including Renzo Martinelli, Corrado Accordino, Claudio Autelli, Laura Tesman and Jocelyn Yuchia Chang. In 2010 he founded the Oyes Company, with which in 2018 he won the Hystrio Iceberg Award, as the best emerging Italian company. In front of the camera he is directed by numerous directors including Paolo Genovese, Alessandro Genovesi and Matteo Rovere.
In 2018 the web series L’involontario (MTV) of which he is the protagonist won the Award for Best Comedy Story and Best Web Series of the year at the Rome Web Fest.
Francesco has also been teaching theater and acting techniques in Italy and Taiwan since 2009.
