Alice Lussiana Parente

 

Born and raised in Turin, Alice is an actress and dubber winner of the Los Angeles Golden Film Award for Best Emerging Actress. She graduated in Education Sciences, with a specialization in Cinema, at the University of Turin and studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York, where she currently lives.

She began playing the piano and studying dance at the age of 10. At 12, she became part of the company of professional actors under 18 of Il Piccolo Teatro d'Arte, within which she participated in theatrical productions for eight years. At 16 she was chosen by Peter Greenaway for the film “Peopling the Palace” and at 18 by Gigi Proietti for the role of Annika in “Pippi Longstocking” produced by the Teatro di Roma.

Among her recent theatrical credits: The Sandalwood Box, Not my Monster (The Flea Theater), A Mother's Heart (The Brick), Richard III (Gallery Players), A Piedi Nudi nel Parco (Theater Massaia), Il Falso Magnifico (Commedia dell’Arte / National Tour).

Cinema / TV: Onirica (MayFilm) Miracle Tunes (Cartoonito / Mediaset), where she also worked as an acting coach, Life Bites (Disney Channel) and Richard the Lionheart (Lionsgate Home).

As a voice actress and speaker, Alice has narrated numerous audio books (Audible), and dubbed commercials and corporate videos. Among her recent projects: Mickey Mouse Shorts (The Walt Disney Company), the advertising campaign Miss by Salvatore Ferragamo, The Last Knight(THE MET) and the documentary Pavarotti directed by Ron Howard. She is currently part of the theater company of The Flea Theater and of Kairos Italy Theater.
